We enjoy God's Holy days and reject man made holidays. However taking advantage of the day off or similar perks is not considered celebrating. 3 day and 4 day weekends to travel to visit family or other camp members is a great idea. Fireworks can be dangerous and it's illegal in some places. I want everyone to be careful. Please consider what each holiday means before participating in any celebratory behavior. 4th of July Celebrates the theft of land from your northern tribe members. This holiday marks the wicked institution of being able to continue slavery without restrictions such as taxes from their homelands. You were picking cotton, sugar, rubber, tobacco or being raped on July 4th 1776. What exactly are you celebrating?
