About the event
The Fast of the Tenth Month is named in Zechariah 8:19. Second Kings 25:1, Jeremiah 52:4 and Ezekiel 24:1–2 identify the tenth day of the tenth month in connection with the siege of Jerusalem.
Covenant Servants has selected SATURDAY, JANUARY 16, 2027 as a WORKING date in the tenth lunar-month cycle associated with the 2026 Passover season. The astronomical new moons were April 17, 2026 and January 7, 2027. The exact tenth day requires confirmation under the camp's chosen crescent/new-month method.
Location: Covenant Servants Sanctuary, 23 48th Avenue, Bellwood, Illinois. This is an all-day date marker, not a 24-hour public fast or invitation for an unplanned worship service. Actual fasting start/end times and any separate gathering details will be set later. This event does NOT replace the January 8, 2028 working-date fast for the next biblical cycle.
