TERMS OF USE

These Terms govern use of covenantservants.com and public digital services operated by Covenant Servants House of Prayer Ltd. (“Covenant Servants,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting information through our forms, you agree to use these services lawfully and respectfully.

Ministry purpose

Covenant Servants is a religious ministry providing faith-based teaching, prayer, fellowship, worship, member communications, programs, music, events, and related resources online and in person.

Minors

The public website is intended for a general audience. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through general website forms. A parent or legal guardian may contact the ministry on a child’s behalf. Separate ministry programs, events, or activities involving minors may have additional age, safety, or parent/guardian requirements.

Proof Pass and relationship-safety resources

Guided Friendship, Youth Proof Pass, Adult Relationship Orientation, “She Moves Different,” /proofpartner, and related relationship-safety resources are faith-based ministry education and screening tools.

They do not certify or guarantee that another person is safe, truthful, compatible, law-abiding, or suitable for a relationship. A form submission, social-media review, age check, orientation, or ministry process is not a background clearance, matchmaking approval, or endorsement of another person.

Submitting interest does not guarantee a response, access to a member, romantic approval, a relationship, engagement, or marriage. Adults remain responsible for their own relationship decisions.

Covenant Servants may use ministry participation standards that are more restrictive than civil law. These standards are faith-based participation rules and are not legal advice or statements of what civil or criminal law permits or prohibits.

Safety and reporting

Covenant Servants may take appropriate safety action when information suggests abuse, exploitation, coercion, stalking, threats, sexual misconduct involving minors, or other serious safeguarding concerns. We do not promise secrecy or absolute confidentiality where safety, reporting duties, or law require action.

Events, medical authorization, and media

General website use does not by itself create parental consent, medical authorization, an event liability waiver, or media consent. When a separate permission or consent form is required for an event, activity, transportation arrangement, recording, or media use, that separate form controls for its stated purpose.

Accounts and communications

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use forms, chats, comments, groups, forums, and other interactive services respectfully. Covenant Servants may moderate content or restrict access to protect people, the ministry, or its systems.

Electronic communications

If you voluntarily contact Covenant Servants or opt into a communication channel, we may respond electronically. Browsing the site, remaining silent, or attending an event does not by itself create consent for unrelated recurring or marketing communications.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Covenant Servants is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, ministry-owned text, graphics, logos, audio, video, teaching materials, and other original content may not be copied, republished, or distributed without permission except as allowed by law.

Submitted materials

If you submit content to Covenant Servants, you represent that you have the right to submit it. Any permission for us to use submitted material is limited to the purpose stated at the point of submission unless you separately agree otherwise.

Service disclaimer

Services and resources are provided for ministry, educational, communication, and community purposes. Covenant Servants does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular personal result, personal safety, relationship compatibility, or the truthfulness or suitability of another participant. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms as ministry services and practices change. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
