Terms & Conditions Agreement between User and Covenant Servants LTD Welcome to covenantservants.com and the Covenant Servants LTD YouTube Channel, which are comprised of various web pages and digital platforms operated by Covenant Servants LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of our websites and participation in any Covenant Servants LTD services, whether online or in-person, constitutes your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. Our Mission Covenant Servants LTD is a religious organization. Our mission is to stream faith-based content online, conduct prayer, host fellowship and worship services, sing praises, and read the Bible with or without personal commentary. Electronic Communications By visiting our websites or YouTube Channel or by contacting us via email, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Children Under Thirteen Covenant Servants LTD may collect basic contact information from individuals under thirteen who request prayer or additional information. However, children under 13 must obtain parental or guardian consent to use this website or attend any of our events. Anyone under 18 may only use our platforms or attend events with permission from a parent or guardian. Event Participation Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement By participating in any event, activity, gathering, or church service hosted by Covenant Servants LTD—including but not limited to day camps, retreats, online services, in-home services, or public gatherings—you (or your legal guardian, if under 18) acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk You understand that participation may involve physical activities or inherent risks associated with group events. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Medical Authorization If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor participant, you authorize Covenant Servants LTD or its designated representatives to seek emergency medical treatment as needed. Release of Liability You release, waive, and hold harmless Covenant Servants LTD, its pastors, officers, directors, members, agents, volunteers, and representatives from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in Covenant Servants LTD events or services. Parental Consent for Minors For minors attending any Covenant Servants LTD event, the parent or guardian affirms they have reviewed and accepted these terms. RSVP, ticket claim, or attendance constitutes agreement. Media Consent You grant Covenant Servants LTD the right to use photos, video, or audio recordings captured during any event or service for ministry-related purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted in advance. Links to Third-Party Sites Our websites may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of such third-party websites. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use You agree not to use our websites or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not interfere with the operation of the site or access resources not intentionally made available. Intellectual Property All content—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the property of Covenant Servants LTD and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Covenant Servants LTD and supersede prior agreements or communications. Video Consent and Release
VIDEO CONSENT AND RELEASE Effective as of todays date, or date of Video being prooduced or released, approval for past use and permission for present and future use is being granted to Covenant Servants LTD to use a picture, voice or video recording of Any visitor or guest of any location owned or operated by any member or board of director of Covenant Servants LTD. Permission is being given by Any visitor or guest of any location owned or operated by any member or board of director of Covenant Servants LTD, for the purpose of Ministry, of the ("Recorded Party"), as more fully explained in this Consent and Release. For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the recorded visitor hereby grants to Covenant Servants LTD its agents, employees, licensees, directors, and successors in interest (collectively, the "Released Party") all ownership rights and the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use and publish the recorded video, image and/or voice of Any visitor or guest of any location owned or operated by any member or board of director of Covenant Servants LTD (the "Image, video, and/or Voice") that has been (or is being) obtained pursuant to this Consent and Release. The Image and/or Voice may be copyrighted, used and/or published individually or in conjunction with other photography, video works, and recordings, and in any medium (including without limitation, print publications, public broadcast, CD-ROM format) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising and electronic publication. The recorded represents and warrants that (i) no other party has been granted an exclusive license with respect to the Image, video, and/or Voice, and (ii) no other party's authorization or consent is required with respect to the permission granted to the Released Party under this Consent and Release. The recorded waives any right that the undersigned may have to inspect or approve the Released Party's use of the Image, video, and/or Voice, or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with the use and/or publication of the Image and/or Voice. The undersigned releases the Released Party (and all persons acting under its permission or authority) from all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or right of publicity, or any other claim related to the Image, video, and/or Voice (collectively, "Claims"). This release includes without limitation any Claims related to blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, digital alteration, use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, or use of a fictitious name, that may occur or be produced in the processing or publication of the Image, video, and/or Voice. THE RECORDED WARRANTS THAT THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE PRIOR TO KNOWINGLY BEING RECORDED. THE RECORDED UNDERSTANDS IT, AND THAT THE RECORDED FREELY ENTERS INTO THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE. THIS INCLUDES ANY VISITOR OR GUEST OF ANY LOCATION OWNED AND OPERATED BY ANY MEMBER OR BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COVENANT SERVANTS LTD
