What attributes should a good Pastor have?

Real Pastors are created from the womb. Pain, mental anguish, and bad consequences all form the attributes that can later be used by the people a real Pastor shepherds.

All Pastors arent caring or concerned. Some people join ministries where they never meet their Pastor in person.

IS that necessary? By the time you join any ministry what attributes should a good Pastor have?

Numbers 27:16
