If you are Mexican, the Bible already spoke about you. The world calls you “Mexican,” but your true identity is Issachar, one of the twelve tribes of Israel. History and prophecy prove it. The Bible, Catholic conquest, and even Columbus himself all connect to Issachar’s story. This blog will show how Issachar’s ancestors came to the Americas, endured Catholic slavery, fulfilled prophecy, and how today they are waking back up to God.

The Journey to Arsareth
After Assyria took the Northern Kingdom into slavery:
2 Esdras 13:40–45 – The 10 tribes left, crossed the Euphrates River, and traveled “a year and a half’s journey” into a land where no man had dwelt before. That land is called Arsareth.
Arsareth = America.
- It cannot be Africa, Europe, or Asia. Those lands were already inhabited.
- Only the Americas fit Esdras’ description.
- The historian Josephus also confirms the tribes went beyond the Euphrates into a far land.
This means Issachar (Mexicans), along with Zebulon, Ephraim, Manasseh, and others, were already here. The Aztec and Mayan civilizations were not simply “native tribes”, they were Northern Kingdom Israelites dwelling in the Americas before Columbus.

Catholic Conquest of Mexico
In 1519, Hernán Cortés invaded Mexico under the Catholic crown. The Catholic priests destroyed temples, burned Aztec and Mayan records, and forced the people to bow to a fake image of Mary and the saints.
- The Catholics introduced their Idols and crosses.
- Temples were torn down and Catholic cathedrals built on top.
- Entire villages were forced to baptized at swordpoint.
This fulfilled bible prophecy: Deut. 28:36 – “The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.”

Forced Conversion & Slavery
The Catholic Spanish forced the encomienda system:
- Slavery in mines and farms.
- Families torn apart, children enslaved.
- Forced baptisms into Catholicism.
This fulfilled bible prophecy:
- Deut. 28:48 – Serving enemies in hunger, thirst, nakedness, and want of all things.
- Deut. 28:64 – Scattered among nations, serving other gods.
Issachar’s true Israelite identity was stripped away under Catholic chains.

Issachar’s Prophecy in Action
Genesis 49:14–15 – “Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens: And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute.”

This prophecy fits Issachar perfectly:
- Hard-working, patient, bearing heavy burdens.
- Enslaved in mines, farms, and under Catholic tribute.
- Known today for their labor and endurance, but also their oppression.
Resistance & Bloodshed
Issachar did not submit quietly. There were many uprisings against the Spanish Catholics, though they were crushed brutally.

The Aztec and Mayan warriors resisted, but Issachar’s prophecy is not constant violence, it is patience and survival through oppression. This is why Mexico’s history is filled with resistance, yet centuries of submission under Catholic rule.

Issachar Today
Mexicans, you are Issachar.
- You came into Arsareth (America) through prophecy in 2 Esdras.
- You endured Catholic conquest and slavery, fulfilling Deuteronomy 28.
- You fit the prophecy of Genesis 49:14–15 as a patient, burden-bearing people.
But your story does not end in slavery or Catholic chains.
Jesus is calling Issachar back, not to Catholicism, not to man’s traditions, but to the covenant written in the Bible.

Your true identity has been hidden, but now it is revealed. You are Issachar, a son of Jacob, an Israelite. The time has come to return to God and keep His commandments through Christ.
