Can you breathe?

Who ever thought there would be a time that you can't go outside and not be able To breathe for days?

As our lungs expand and retract we never stop to think how that happens. What effort, or what behavior do we have to do to make that happen?

There's no thing that I have to send to my lungs to do that, because God does it for us.

What are we taking into our lungs when we do that.

Did we take fresh air for granted?

When was the last time you thanked God for fresh air, for the ability to breathe?

When we focus on our day and the many things we have to deal with and how much we have to go through, we have to stop and thank God for what we would consider small things but really is paramount.
