❌ What They Mean by It:
These false doctrines teach that faith in Jesus alone saves a person.
Obedience to the laws of Moses is considered unnecessary or burdensome.
They often say “we are under grace, not under the law” (misquoting Romans 6:14).
The Ten Commandments are often reduced to just love and grace.
They reject laws concerning clean foods, feast days, sacrifices, or the Sabbath.
💡 What It’s Often Found in Their Theology:
Antinomianism: Literally means “against the law.” It refers to the belief that believers in Christ are not obligated to follow the Mosaic Law.
Supersessionism (or Replacement Theology): Teaches that the church has replaced Israel and the Old Covenant.
New Covenant Theology: Claims the Old Covenant laws were abolished and replaced by Christ’s law (a loose, undefined “law of love”).
Grace Theology or Hyper-Grace: Says that trying to keep commandments is “legalism” and not required for salvation.
None of these beliefs align with the scriptures. To accept these false doctrines, one must ignore the following passages.
🔥 Precepts to Disprove: “The Law Is Done Away With”
Psalms 119:142: Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
Psalms 119:160: Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
Baruch 4:1: This is the book of the commandments of God, and the law that endureth for ever: all they that keep it shall come to life; but such as leave it shall die.
Matthew 5:17: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Matthew 5:18: For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Romans 3:31: Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
Romans 7:12: Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
Ecclesiasticus 15:20: He hath commanded no man to do wickedly, neither hath he given any man license to sin.
Romans 3:31: Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
While some may ignore these precepts, Revelation speaks of those who keep the commandments AND have faith in Jesus.
Revelation 14:12: Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
Will you be part of this group? This group holds the key to eternal life. They are the ones who will enter the gates of New Jerusalem, where the Lord will dwell forever.
Revelation 22:14: Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
The truth is clear—God's law was never abolished. It is the standard by which we will be judged. If you’ve been taught that grace means freedom from obedience, you’ve been lied to.
The Importance of Obedience
It’s time to return to the covenant. It’s time to obey the commandments. It’s time to fear the Lord and keep His laws—not just in word, but in deed.
Choose righteousness over religion. Choose obedience over opinion. Choose covenant over Christianity. The saints in the end keep the commandments and the faith of Jesus. Will you be counted among them?
